These Supplier Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your application to be listed as a Supplier on Phaloanaire Rentals ("we," "us," or "our") platform for the rental of equipment and related services. By submitting an application to be listed, or by being listed on our platform, you ("Supplier," "you," "your") agree to abide by these Terms.
- Eligibility and Application Process
To apply to be listed on our website, you must:
- Be a legitimate business or authorized representative of the equipment and services you wish to offer for rent.
- Provide accurate and complete information during the application process, including details of the equipment or services you are offering, your business information, and any required documentation (e.g., business licenses, insurance certificates).

- Supplier Conduct and Code of Ethics
You agree to maintain high ethical standards in your dealings with customers, other suppliers, and us. You will not:

- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against customers or other suppliers.
- Mislead customers or fail to deliver equipment as promised.
- Insurance and Liability
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate insurance coverage for the equipment you rent out through our platform. This includes coverage for damage, theft, or liability related to the use of the equipment. We recommend that you have general liability insurance and equipment damage insurance, but the type and amount of coverage are solely your responsibility.

- Customer Reviews and Feedback

As a Supplier, you may have access to customer data. You agree to handle all personal information provided by customers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You will not share or use customer data for any purpose other than fulfilling rental obligations. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lesotho. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lesotho, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there. - Amendments to These Terms
