If you are using the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our website to:

3. Services Offered
We offer two types of services on our website:
In-House Rentals: Equipment and services owned and managed by us, available for direct rental.
Third-Party Rentals: Equipment and services provided by third-party suppliers, available through our platform as an intermediary.
You acknowledge that for third-party rentals, we do not own or control the equipment and services provided by these Suppliers. Any rental transactions involving third-party Suppliers are between you and the Supplier, and we are not responsible for the actions, quality, or performance of the third-party rental equipment.
4. Account Creation and Security
To access certain features of our website, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account creation process and to update this information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Booking and Rental Transactions
When you make a booking for equipment rental, either from us or a third-party Supplier, you agree to provide accurate information and complete the rental transaction according to the terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier (for third-party rentals) or our own policies (for in-house rentals).
In-House Rentals: Our terms, including payment terms, cancellation policy, and liability, apply to all bookings made directly with us.
Third-Party Rentals: For rentals arranged through third-party Suppliers, you will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the Supplier. We encourage you to review these terms carefully before completing your booking.
6. Payment Terms
By booking equipment through our website, you agree to pay the full rental price, including any applicable taxes, fees, and charges, as specified during the booking process. Payments for in-house rentals are processed by us. For third-party rentals, payments are processed through the Supplier’s system or as directed by the Supplier. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or as specified in the cancellation policy.
7. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations and modifications to bookings are subject to the policies of the relevant third-party Supplier or our own cancellation terms for in-house rentals. Please review the cancellation and modification terms carefully before confirming your booking.
8. Equipment Use and Care
You are responsible for the proper use, care, and return of the rented equipment. If you rent equipment from us, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose, following all instructions provided. For third-party rentals, you agree to follow the Supplier’s instructions for use, maintenance, and care of the equipment.
9. Damages and Loss
You are responsible for any damage to, loss, or theft of the rented equipment during the rental period. For in-house rentals, you agree to pay for the repair or replacement cost of the equipment if it is damaged, lost, or stolen while in your possession. For third-party rentals, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the use of the rented equipment.
10. Insurance
We recommend that you obtain insurance for the rented equipment, whether it is provided by us or a third-party Supplier. We do not offer or provide insurance coverage for equipment rentals, and it is your responsibility to ensure that adequate insurance is in place, if necessary.
11. Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the rented equipment or services, whether provided by us or a third-party Supplier. Our liability for any claim arising from your rental, regardless of the legal basis, is limited to the amount paid by you for the rental.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from the website without our prior written consent.
13. Privacy Policy

14. Termination of Access

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lesotho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lesotho, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
